Grace Mai
Grace Mai is a passionate advocate for children and families, driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact in her community. She tutors underserved children in literacy, helping them build strong foundations for lifelong learning. Grace has served as Board President of the Potomac River Clinic, contributing her leadership and commitment to advancing its mission. She also brings extensive nonprofit board experience, including serving as secretary and supporting fundraising initiatives during her time on The River School board. Her connection to Potomac River’s mission is deeply personal, inspired by her journey as the mother of a daughter born deaf who now thrives with cochlear implants. Grace loves sharing her story to support other families and ensure children with hearing loss have access to transformative opportunities. She currently serves as Vice President of The Bush School Family Association, where she coordinates parent volunteers and fosters strong school-family partnerships.
